"The name of this place is actually Base-Gonti Serviced Apartment and it was perfect for our trip. "Very large room that is decently clean and comes with a kitchen, washer dryer, living area and sofa. Breakfast was decent and relatively inexpensive with ok options. Cleanliness is acceptable but the key concern is the room air conditioning. We went in the spring so we could live with the weak air conditioning. However, it might be hard to deal with during the summertime. Will recommend the Japanese restaurant at the hotel lobby. Food and drinks are absolutely fantastic."

This hotel moved us around multiple times to different locations within the same hotel. at one point they took us to a new room that required walking a long distance outside in the snow and ice. "Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming and they were very efficient when processing check in, the room has an amazing view - however the hallways and common areas such as the lift are dirty and people are smoking everywhere. Great price for the size of the room. I will say they need to seriously deep clean the pipes in the bathrooms , I had a shower and then the entire room was enveloped in a disgusting pungent smell of rotting eggs. Staff were super cool though "

"何度か利用させて頂いてますが、私の選択理由は洗濯機が部屋にあるという事につきます。日本のビジネスホテルならば、コインランドリーくらい常設されていますが、北京のビジネスホテルには何処を探してもありませんでした。また、フロントの対応ですが片言の中国語が話せれば問題ありませんでした。英語の出来るスタッフもいました。他の方が言うように水回りの悪い部屋もありますが、今回の3階の部屋は問題ありませんでした。ただ、3月から各部屋が値上げされてしまい、この値段では他のアパートメントホテルの方がコスパが良いと感じてしまいます。以前の価格に戻してくれる事を期待します。"
