"Great location, a short walk from the town centre and the excellent Merano therm baths (the pool photo in the pictures with the property). The room was really nice with AC, it was large and well equipped. There is a pretty patio on the roof. With nice views of the mountains. The parking onsite is really useful but quite expensive. A lovely place."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"

"This property lives up to all the online photos. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful breakfast, fast to the old town (once we worked out to walk over the old bridge). Staff were fantastic. Gorgeous place. Would definitely stay again."
