The people at reception were amazing. Everyone was so efficient and very kind to us.
One item we found not good was that in most hotels in the USA, plastic cutlery, styrofoam plates etc.are used. Why not use a commercial dishwasher appliance to be eco-friendly. Certainly, it would be better in the long run.

Photo in the office shows the hotel circa 1965. My room had the exact furnishings as the room in the photo. The. Exact. Furnishings.
Only the bar/restaurant next door for a meal. Food was average small town fare.

From the time we arrived we were given an upgrade to a fabulous suite. Cookies and popcorn in the foyer were fantastic and the staff were a1 from the check in until check out. Highly recommended.
