The property was at a convenient location. I visited. Erida Mexico to go to a doctor at clinica de merida and the hotel was right across the street. So i liked that the room was okay. The pool very small. The restaurant is not clean. Very dirty. Staff was friendly.and helpful

Es la segunda vez que tengo una horrible experiencia en el hotel. En la primera me asignaron una habitación que estaba ocupada. En esta ocasión Horrible el servicio, me asignaron una habitación diferente a la que reservé. Pésima atención al cliente , se muestran con nula capacidad resolutiva y pésima actitud con lo que confirman que lo que menos les interesa es la atención al cliente.

Para mis compromisos en Merida, me pareció cercano a donde tenia que ir y limpio. Lo que si que me quede dos noches... y bueno no servia el escusado de la habitacion 225, no enfriaba lo suficiente el aire, y el internet bastante malo. Después nos solucionaron cambiandonos de habitación, si bien el baño no fue un problema y el aire tampoco el internet bastante lento. Ojala lo mejoren por que es un buen sitio para dencansar y en todo tiempo el personal super amable y lindos. Gracias !!
