"The room attendants are very good at keeping the rooms clean and stocked with all the necessities. We were celebrating our Anniversary and the staff suggested many places to go and everything was great. Breakfast in the morning could get a little crowded but the staff kept the food hot and there was plenty to go. I would definitely stay there again."

"My husband and I had a very nice stay for 3 nights while we explored the surrounding areas. What stood out the most to us was the staff. Staff is what makes or breaks a place and we were absolutely blown away by how polite and professional each staff member we interacted with was. The first night we noticed the shampoo dispenser was empty and that the tub drained quite slowly. We had brought shampoo so no big deal there. What blew us away was the prompt service to fix it the next day. We went to the front desk to explain the issue and when we got back to the room it wasn't even 10 minutes later that someone was there with shampoo. We were getting ready to leave for the day but the gentleman who came with the shampoo promised to come back to fix the shower drain. The drain was 100% fixed when we showered again that evening. We enjoyed the provided breakfast each morning before we headed out each day. We liked that the location was perfect for everything we had planned for our short trip. We got to explore Herkimer Diamond Mines, Howe Caverns, Glimmerglass State Park, many hiking trails, and of course enjoyed exploring Cooperstown. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Best Western in Cooperstown and elsewhere."
