"Overall clean and staff was friendly but the hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Halls smell like musty water, bathroom corners all dirty and in need of caulk, elevator sounds like it's near death and really slow."

"There was construction happening on the exterior of the building, painting I believe. So many of the parking spots were blocked off and the windows were covered for the painting. I would not had stayed here if I had known that. The eggs at breakfast are awful, everything else is okay. It's a nice hotel were were only there for a night."

"We loved the room as there was lots of storage space and plugins. Our biggest disappointment though was with the breakfast. With an hour left in the continental service, everything was out. Even the utensils and coffee were out and there was not active staff around checking to keep everything refilled. As a family we enjoy having breakfast in hotels together but this was a big letdown."

"Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room."

"We chose this hotel specifically for the pool for our grandkids. By the time we arrived it was after pool hours but the very kind young man at the front desk gave us an hour in the pool. That made our favorite babies night! Thank you for your kindness & understanding!! We will return just for this reason!"
