"We love the location. Convenient to Ocean City. Convenient to WAWA. The rooms towards the back of the property are very quiet. What is bad is the condition of the property. Chairs wobbly. TV hard to use. Towel rack ripped off the wall and not replaced. No one attends the desk so we couldn't get any ice from ice machine. No breakfast. Coffee was make your own in the room only. It is a fantastic bargain for Ocran City but not well maintained."

"Our room had a pull out couch for us to use for 2 of our guests. The first night we went to use it and opened it up to smell a horrific smell of urine that filled the entire room. The staff was helpful in getting us a roll away bed for that night but only had one and the other guest had to sleep on an air mattress. Highlights: Hands down the best hotel beds I've slept on, convenient beach access, close to Atlantic City, and a great nearby splash pad for the kids breakfast was average.
Room & Property Care: Hallways need deep cleaning (stained carpets/walls). We asked management four times to clean tracked-in sand from our room, but it was never done. Staff were polite on the surface, but seemed disengaged.
