Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Es begann schon beim Check-In, dass unsere Reservierung über Expedia, beim Hotel nicht aufzufinden war und wir 30 min auf unser Zimmer warten mussten. Der Zustand des Hotels ist unzumutbar, es ist dreckig und alt, teilweise kaputte Teppichböden und Wände. Im Zimmer angekommen, bekamen wir eine Plastikkarte, die die Tür aber nicht elektronisch entsperrte, sondern durch den Türschlitz gezogen werden muss, damit die Tür aufgeht, was bedeutet, dass das Zimmer mit jeder beliebigen Karte entsperrt werden kann. Im Badezimmer gab es kein funktionierendes Licht und die Handtücher, die wir bekamen, waren fleckig und dreckig. Ebensowenig funktionierte die Toilette, was auch bei einem günstigen Hotel eigentlich ein Muss ist. Das einzig positive war die Klimaanlage, welche gut und schnell heruntergekühlt hat.
