Fiesta Americana Reforma
Great location and clean rooms. Higher floors are much quieter than lower ones. Taxi drivers were excellent. Check-in experience varied, but concierge and outdoor staff were great.

Everything was a smooth process between checking in and checking out. The room had a few scuffs on the wall. There wasn’t hot water guaranteed all the time so that was the only inconvenience but overall it was a good location close to multiple restaurants/bakery shops! I really loved the cleanliness ...

Galeria Plaza Reforma
Female solo traveler who would stay here again. Staff is friendly and helpful (esp. Alejandra & Diego at the front desk). Lots of dining, shopping nearby. Rooms are updated and clean.
