Good place, it is very important the room must have a closet
Excellent hotel for shorts stays, quite clean, and the scent of the rooms is frutal and enjoyable. The staff is really cool and will do their best to help you in your stay. Excellent conditions and the breakfast is really thanked to commence your day, quite good BTW. Thanks!
Very bad quality breakfast. They have a coffee machine that dispenses nothing but hot water and water-down "coffee". Better go around the corner for a good size americano for only 2 bucks. Never was an Iron available. i had to buy my own. They do not give you toilet paper, soaps or fresh towels unless you ask for them. Tiny-toy like toilet... splashes everything when used. No safe in the room and no closet. Good only for ONE night, not for a longer stay.
My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked into my room, I was hit with a foul odor of smoking however room was supposed to be non smoking that made it unbearable to stay inside. The room was filthy, with stains of human mucus on the wall, dirty sheets, and dust covering every surface. The bathroom was equally disgusting.
The only good thing was the front desk and servicing staff was very polite and nice.
Thanks,
Arrived and my reservation was canceled because of overbooking and/or according to staff because I was late for check in at 5pm and told me they had no rooms left. Looked around the area and all full. Eventually told me they had one room, different than what I had reserved, etc. Paid and that was another mess. Next day at check out: they made me show proof that I had paid because according to them I hadn’t, but if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have had the room. Def. won’t stay here again nor do I recommend.
I booked this through hotels.com and under the banner of Marriott.
Booking states - view - not asking much just a window for natural light - however I was not informed at reception before taking payment or 5 mins later when I came back down to request a window - only to be told fully booked -
