This was our first time in Mexico City, and we loved the Grand Fiesta Americana! We paid a little extra for the park view, which was totally worth it! The staff was very friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was very convenient and walking distance to the park/castle. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive with guests. The one thing I would change would be to not keep drinks or edibles on floors that can’t be supervised by staff for the purpose of cleanliness. We enjoyed our staff and felt safe at all times in and around the property.
