We loved our stay in Nana Vida CDMX. All of the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our king bed was comfortable and the room size was generous. The room had a little courtyard to its own. The hotel has a rooftop deck and its a nice place to unwind after touristing or have tea with sunrise. Every morning, there is coffee, tea and pastries available. The location is good to walk and also to Uber to many places in CDMX.

We absolutely loved it here. This is a hidden gem in the La Norte area. The staff went above and beyond to help us and when they found out I was expecting they left me flowers in our room which was the sweetest touch. Definitely stay here!!!

We were delighted with the latest cation and ambience of the property. Staff greeted us warmly with a gift of hand cut soap and a tour of the amenities that included a Mexican candy bar, a 24 hour coffee and sweet bread counter, a complimentary tequila bar, and a wonderful rooftop patio. The staff informed us that they were available to ensure a wonderful stay and they lived up to that promise. Our room was maintained spotlessly and when they saw I used the bath, they provided spa scrubs to enhance my enjoyment. Ever y time we arrived at the property, we were greeted with bottles of water. When time came for our departure, our hosts gave us departure gifts which were unexpected and again like many other kindnesses, totally unexpected. What a wonderful place to stay and from which to enjoy the special neighborhoods of Mexico City.

Great location, staff is very friendly, wifi is fast, rooms are squeaky clean, and they offer a lot of amenities and free goodies like a coffee and pastry bar, artisan soap, drinks, candy, and a bag of coffee for your exit. Their hospitality was above and beyond. I will 100% be back here when visiting Roma!

The staff was very friendly and always happy to help, offer water for our day, and assist in any way they could. Our room and bathroom were always impeccably clean and cafes and restaurants were in walking distance.

La habitación limpia, muy amplia, con accesorios que no había visto en otros hoteles. El personal muy amables, cada vez que regresábamos nos preguntaban si ocupábamos agua, una soda, algo para hidratarnos. Muy fácil el check in y el check out.

We had an amazing experience at NaNa Vida CDMX! The staff was amazing and thoughtful, even sending us flowers and chocolates for my husband's birthday. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great - especially the beautiful rooftop patio. Our room did face the main street, but we didn't experience a ton of noise, even if we did, the room had a white noise machine just in case. The location was perfect - an easy walk to most places and some great restaurants/bars/cafes nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting CDMX!

The room was fine although a little cold and I am not sure the heater ever actually worked. The biggest issue was the smell of the bed and linens, it is as if they sprayed perfume on them. The smell was so overpowering that I could not sleep and by the third night I had an allergic reaction and broke out in a rash. My skin smelled of the sheets and I cannot understand why a hotel would put fragrance on the linen, even the toilet paper was overwhelming. If you are sensitive to smell then do not book this hotel. The wooden floors also creek and will wake you up.

The staff at the hotel are amazing, really polite and will do anything to help you including recommendations of where to visit etc. Nice touches include offering you a drink when you return back to the hotel and access to coffee and water for the duration of your stay. The hotel is in an excellent location for the numerous bars, cafes and restaurants located in the Roma Norte area. Would have given 5 stars but we did experience quite a bit of noise from the bar downstairs and due the building design from the room above us. Our room was right next to reception so you do hear all the comings and goings during the night. Overall we had a fantastic stay but it was slightly blemished by the noise issue.

Extremely friendly staff, clean facilities, a mezcal station, coffee station, and a cool rooftop to hang out on...what more could one want? I certainly will look to return here if i'm back in CDMX. The local area is walkable with plenty of restaurants, taco spots, and bars.

This is a friendly, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. The hotel is located in one of the best parts of Mexico City for visitors. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and it felt very safe. One thing for first time visitors is that the only sign for the hotel is a small one by the doorbell. As long as you know the address, you’ll be fine.

The people working at Nana vida are incredible <3 we got to check in very early, they gave gifts, made sure we had everything we needed. So, so sweet. When we come back to Mexico we will stay here again
