I had such a great experience staying at ULIV Roma Norte. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and well thought out. The space itself was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the neighborhood. A special thank you to Erwin and the team—they truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that balances design, comfort, and service this well. Excellent place to stay when visiting CDMX. The staff is amazing!! So attentive, nice, and helpful. By far the best customer service I've had at any lodging. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were seamless. The room was clean and organized. This location is also centered in the middle or within walking distance of everything.

Our stay at ULIV was absolutely amazing. The staff was always on-hand to assist with everything that we needed and also provided recommendations for local places to eat and for activities. The rooms were very clean, there was a lot of space for clothes. Everything worked well and we will definitely be staying here next time we visit. It was actually way better than advertised and very secure.

Awesome staff! Helpful and friendly. Room was excellent for our week in Mexico City. Close to many interesting restaurants and meeting points for tours. Manager Erwin arranged our transportation to and from the airport and we worked with our driver Arturo during our stay.

Check in process very easy, clean room and great area. But the best of my staying at ULIV was the security Berenice, since day 1 she helped not only with my check in, but also assisted me all the time with directions and suggestions. Room was in good order, staff greeted me from checking and throughout my stay. The staff was great to say the least. The rooftop is quite nice if you want to relax and get some sun. The area is about a 15 min walk to restaurants on Avenida Amsterdam. I found much calmer and great eating options on Calle Zacatecas near Uliv.

We loved this location and property! It was a bit farther from a lot of Roma Norte restaurants and places we wanted to check out (ex. the Angel, Grand Chupultepec Park, etc) but we made it work with Uber and long walks. The check in process was easy, and the staff was super helpful as we arrived very late at night and also left at an abnormal check out times without issue. Something to note, is there are no elevators so luggage has to be carried up metal stairs. There is signage for guests to be quiet in the stairwell, but this is not always the case. It was quite loud when people thunked their luggage’s down the stairs at all hours of the night. Other than the occasional noise and metal stairs, the property had everything we needed and wanted!

Clean room, good size, however no windows except one that looked into the hallway and we were on the first floor so couldn't really open it. Not great airflow throughout but overall fine. Safe, secure, would stay again overall.

The staff did everything they could to resolve any issues. The air conditioner didn't work, so they provided a fan. Yhe room had everything you needed to make your own meals if this was what you wanted. I would definitely return to this jotel. Great area.

I stayed at ULIV Roma Norte and let’s just say, if you’re low-maintenance, you’ll thrive here. This is as basic as it gets. There’s no elevator, so if stairs aren’t your thing and you want more space, you’ll need to grab a room on the first level. Don’t expect room service, stocked toiletries, or a traditional front desk. It’s more self-service style, with security guards covering multiple roles, but to be fair, they were kind and welcoming. The biggest plus is the location. Roma Norte is safe, lively, and full of great coffee shops, restaurants, and pastry spots within walking distance. If you’re on a budget, don’t need frills, and just want a clean place to sleep in a great neighborhood, it works. If you’re expecting hotel-level amenities, this isn’t that.
