"Great hotel. Loved that it was close to the beach and other amenities. Lovely clean pool as well. VERY disappointed however that there was no laundry facilities for us as that was the main reason we booked this hotel!! It was advertised on expedia website to have laundry facilities. We were their prior to our cruise that didn't have laundry facilities so that's why we booked this hotel. As a result, we had to avail of laundry service on the cruise which cost us over 60 us dollars!! Not good...

"Don’t come before 3:00pm or else they will keep you waiting outside even if the room is ready, if you want to check in earlier than 3:00pm they will ask you to pay $40. Communication from the staff is very very bad."
