"Been staying here for the last 5 years. Great hotel, clean amazing service. Only issue is their beds and pillows. The pillows are quite literally flat with no support and the mattress itself had me and my wife with back pain from the little support it had left. Another thing: I wish they would have more security at the beach area is for our hotel because every time we have stayed in Loews and stayed at the beach there have been people who do not belong to the hotel sit next to me and my wife on the loungers and it’s absolutely ridiculous when we are paying customers who also have to pay for where we stay. They need to have some sort of wristbands."

"Love the location of the hotel. Very centrally located. Loved the decor of the lobby’s. Room 1119 had a nice setup. Room just needs some overall fixing & minor repairs. But Francisco, evening front desk staff was very professional & sweet. He was my favorite!! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!! 💜"
