"Room was smaller than anticipated. Some components of the room were a little rough."

"Staff was excellent. Rooms were very spacious. (Tip: ask for a room above the 4th floor as our view was blocked by rooftop AC units.) Grounds were immaculate. Beach cabanas were worth every penny. Only downfall was that they were setting up for a conference so the pool was closed and we weren’t able to use the complimentary bikes. While the hotel was a five star hotel, we felt like we were staying in a convention center with the conference set up and branding everywhere. I’d assume this is not common but it totally changed our experience."

"Room and hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast at Kobo was fresh and the service was always with a smile. Pool area was very relaxing, clean and once again staff was great. We enjoyed an amazing lunch and drinks. "
