Room wasn’t clean, I didn’t even have a bed cover on my bed, asked for towels because nobody brought them until 3 hours after I asked. Overall bad experience, it’s one thing to book an ugly hotel but it’s another to receive terrible service too

For the price and location you can’t beat it!! The elevator wasn’t working when we were there but they made up for it by checking us in early. Staff is very nice. Nespresso machine in the room is a great added touch.

I was disappointed the elevator was broken we had to walk up 4 flights each time . The room did not look like the pictures The bathroom was super small the shower was dirty We had no view It was just a complete mess

Room was very small and old. Not necessarily dirty but not as clean as I wished it was. Everything was outdated. Even the elevator didn’t work! Great location and staff. I would have expected some security too based on its location, but there was none. I would not stay here again.

Walked into a not-so-friendly front desk staff member, and come to find out my room was on the fifth floor and the elevator was broken. From what I’ve heard, it’s been broken for a long time, so be prepared for a broken elevator if you stay here. Someone carried our bags up for us due to the non working elevator. My suitcase was scuffed all over from them dragging it up the stairs. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and anything going on. Due to this, be prepared for poor sleep if you’re not a heavy heavy sleeper. The only benefit of staying here is being directly on ocean drive and right across from south beach. We also stayed in a room that had a “bay view” and my only view was the buildings next to us. Although I could barely even see the building through the dirt and grime stained window panes. As a result of my experience, I do not think I would stay here again.

This is a tough one as the place looks good, the location is excellent, and it was spring break so i am not exactly sure this is the norm! The check in went smoothly, and we had a flight cancelled so I inquired about another night and the last helped me and thought we were good. We were early after getting off a cruise and checked out bags, room was not ready. The worst part of the entire place was the lobby bathroom, both men and women’s were overflowed with poop! so gross! it’s was noon so they had time to clean them. Room was nice, realized it was going to be small but it’s a great room, went to dinner came back and went to sleep, worked up in the night and our toilet was not flushing. Went down had to use the bathroom, the lobby bathroom was again oveeflowing with excrement! not good! got someone and they fixed our bathroom very quickly, had breakfast came back and had a bill in my room, went down and they said yes you are checked out, i said well I told the lady before to extend my room, she started telling me I didn’t pay for the room and I tried explaining that the check in lady told me I had another night, she was not having it and telling me I was checked out I didn’t pay?? It was crazy conversation, I said well do you have another room for tonight, she said yes of course!!! lol, I was so confused, I said perfect problem solved! I liked the hotel and maybe the craziness or spring break caused the other issues.

My watch was stolen. I had a broken refrigerator and microwave for three days. I didn’t have any wash rags half of the time. I was there the front desk kept saying they’re gonna send the housekeeping new people suck. I can’t wait to write a review on Google.

Do not go by the pictures. The rooms are horrifically dirty. Our room had mold, mildew and was so dusty. The photos on their sites are definitely AI and I would never recommend this hotel unless you are desperate. Please look elsewhere. Both myself and other party work up with the worst headache and then noticed the black mold spores in the air unit.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The Expedia listing is NOT a representation of the hotel. The hotel was very dirty, it looked like it has never been cleaned. We walked into our room and the bathroom was not clean. The sheets were dirty. We left within 10 minutes and went to a different hotel. Hotel doesn’t care and will not work with us on refund. Let my lesson save you money.

There is no other way to put it, this place is a dump. Hot water literally did not work, toilet was “fixed” 3 times, mattress sloped heavily into the middle, plug in the bathroom only worked if you pushed and held it while using. Not to mention the snarky staff and thick layer of grime on all common areas. We will never go back. Ever!

The elevators were broken down for weeks.The room telephone in the room wasn't working.The WIFI wasn't working.The room smelled like bleach.It was a terrible experience.The hotel is out dated and needs renovation.Management is terrible!I'll never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was in a great location right in the middle of everything, check in and out was smooth the only thing the elevator didn’t work but our room was on the 2nd floor and also the tv didn’t work But I didn’t go to watch tv so I didn’t care much .. the beach was across the street . The hotel provided towels .. I would stay here again .. Over all the hotel room was clean the bed was comfortable. I definitely would love for the room to have better full body mirrors .

Elevator was out of service. I was not advised until after transaction. I was placed on 5th floor room 504. I had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs every time I left and came back to room. I had several bags of luggage that I had to take up and down 5flights suitcases and all. I paid over $1200 for room for 3 nights. The hotel only agreed to give $68.81 credit. The elevator was known to be out of service weeks before, but it was never mentioned when I called prior to flying into south beach Miami. DO NOT STAY THERE ALSO IT HAD DIRTY SHEETS AND HAIRS ALL ON GLOOR AND BATHROOM SHOWER. Staff did not care. $68.81 is unacceptable because the elevator is apart of the property which you are charged to stay.

The room was quite adequate, but the bathroom was a bit run-down. I had a room on the 5th floor with the elevator out of order. The carpeting in the corridors was also quite worn, and a peculiar smell permeated the area. Location was great, unfortunately, I did not have time to enjoy the area as I only spent the night in transit.

Staff were great and accommodated an early check in. However if you want to get some sleep I’d advise not booking this hotel as the walls/ceilings/floors are paper thin. The elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. We packed for a 2 week cruise so had lots of luggage. Two male staff did carry out bags up to our room for us but we had to lug them all down at 0430am.

Horrible experience, they should close this property down! We had to get our room switched due to the uncleanliness as well as other issues. Will never stay there again! They should condemn and rebuild.
