La cama de la habitación es horrible. El colchón parece de paja y no tiene nada de comodidad. Además, no había calefacción ni siquiera una manta para cubrirse. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y es imposible descansar bien. Para el precio que uno paga, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. El desayuno también fue malo.The bed in the room is terrible. The mattress feels like it’s made of straw and is very uncomfortable. There was no heating and not even a blanket to keep warm. The air conditioner is very noisy, making it hard to rest properly. For the price you pay, I absolutely do not recommend this place. The breakfast was also poor.

The rooms have allthe necessary things one needs, but the hotel looks really old and shabby. The rooms are very small and fashioned. We waited 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport and in the end we took a cab to the hotel (&22.00). The worst thing was the staff, no interest in whatever. When we shecked in, they had not told us the bus to the airport was running only once err hour in the morning. So we were told we hust missed it and would have to take a taxi to the airport. The girl at the desk called (? Who?) A man with a big car arrivedstarted a long chat with the girl and then told he was the taxi driver. When we arrived at the airport, we had to pay him $45.00.... no bill, no check, nothing, just a big mouth when we protested. Overall, a really bad experience!!!

My stay at this hotel was awful. The entry door appeared to be broken, the lobby chairs were visibly dirty with debris on them, and the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I always travel with Lysol spray and felt compelled to spray down everything in my room. The next morning, I found a dead bedbug on my bed. I reported this to the receptionist and provided a photo, but was only told she would “let the manager know.” I never received any follow-up. I would not return to this hotel under any circumstances.

Outstanding staff and check in. Once at the hotel travel accommodations to the cruise ship was set up for me along with offering to setup hotel stay and pickup from cruise. They also offered to setup air transport also. Wonderful service.

The hotel needs to be renovated; it has many maintenance issues, and the comfort level is at the minimum acceptable standard for the price. The air conditioning is very noisy and inefficient. My room had a wet floor due to water leaking from the minibar. The only convenient aspect is the airport shuttle — it is punctual and fast.

The first room I was put in was not in very good condition. It also had a smell of marijuana that was coming from the hallway or a near by room. I asked to be put in a new room and was accommodated easily. This room was in better condition than the first. The walls were paper thin as you could hear every noise around you. I’m grateful this was just for one night due to a flight issue.

RUN. Run far and fast away from this dump. The hotel is nothing like the photos online and felt more like a cheap hotel you rent by the hour. As we were checking in, a couple were leaving without even staying a single night as they said their room was uninhabitable; that should have clued us in right away. The property is unkept, the rooms are minuscule and dirty, and the staff was extremely unfriendly. In the rooms, we had to literally unplug the air conditioner as it was freezing and there was no way to turn the temp up or turn it off. The room was TINY, dirty, had no clean towels (but there was a dirty total left from a previous occupant), and no counter or space to store things in the bathroom. The door had big gaps in the frame and the walls are paper thin so good luck sleeping as you can hear everything from next door and the hall. Didn’t even attempt to use any of the “facilities” as we wanted to get out of there as fast as possible with the least amount of exposure to the filth. Stay here at your own risk.

Wet stains on the sheets and mattress smelled of mold from the air conditioning units and horrible dirty smell in the rooms. Air conditioning vent had mold and dirt forming.

We stayed at the Atrium from Feb 2-6, 2026. The temperature in Miami was 39F the first night and the room was unheated. Two of the room lights did not function, the room was not made up on the second day as requested and lights were not fixed. We were moved to another room that was made up but the TV did not work. Then we were moved to another room. One light did not work in that room. When we awoke the next day we found the bathroom floor flooded. The toilet was not tied down properly so it was leaking when flushed. This did get repaired the same day. All three rooms we were in were dirty. The walls appeared paper this as we were kept up by some guests partying until 3 am, The early morning staff (a young man) was very unresponsive and rude, however, we found the other two ladies at the counter were very nice and responsive to our issues. Nevertheless, we would not advise staying here.

The hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the room was dirty, the lobby was unclean, and the shower was outdated. The shower glass was dirty and the handle was broken. Hair in the drain. Overall, the property needs significant cleaning and updates. I would not stay here again.

I am not sure how Wyndam has placed their corporate logo on this motel/hotel. This was one of the worst places we have ever stayed at. It was dirty, the rooms are not even conventional hotel rooms. I would never leave a bad review it is was not warranted, however we were horrified. We traveled with another couple and they were at a loss for words. Please go somewhere else, the only thing good was very close to MIA airport thats it.

I booked this room for my parents before a cruise, and it was the worse hotel that we have ever seen. It doesn’t mention that is a weekly rental hotel anywhere on here. My father is handicapped and they said the elevators weren’t working. The room itself was dirty. Wires hanging from the back of the tv. They were fearful to even sit down in the room. The room cost for one night was $329!!!!! I book hotels all the time and have never spent that amount and gotten so little. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy!!
