Staff and service was exceptional. However the hotel is completing renovations which I wasnt aware of ahead of booking. The photos of the pool make it look way larger than it is, even by traditional hotel standards. Port transfer service is of no value if your trying to leave before Noon. Overall, the service and room size are exceptionally but other areas fall short while renovations are ongoing.

Stayed one night before a cruise. Room was very clean. Older building. Staff was great. Women at the desk were very kind and helpful. Gave us recommendations for dinner and made us coffee in the evening. Breakfast was typical and convenient. Shuttle to the port in the am. Walkable to publix for last minute items. Children’s playground nearby. Great stay for the money.
