Loved the little dog park attached to the hotel! There's also an open green space that had TONS of pet lovers in it. Must-try French bakery (literally) around the corner, nail/beauty salons, median-priced shopping (Home Goods, Bath & Body Works, etc.). Our stay was only 2 nights because we were in town for a concert (near Kaseya Center), but we loved the hotel. Parking right on-site is a game changer, too. Great makeup magnifying mirror in the bathroom was much appreciated. If I could make ONE suggestion? The toilet paper is like sandpaper. All the other toiletries/amenities were well-thought out... I think this would make the place next level lol.

This property was probably very nice at some point but felt deserted and run down. Almost like it was bankrupt - no staff, no food, no towels, no pool service, gym closed, spa closed, restaurant closed. Couldn’t get in late last night. No security to help.

Hotel Péssimo em Midtown, Miami. Hyde não dá !
A estrutura do hotel é boa mas a limpeza e os serviços estão para lá de péssimos !! Agora tem um bar/boate no sétimo andar e existe uma constância de pessoas que entram e saeem do hotel. O acesso ao sétimo andar (aonde está o bar/boate) é a mesma que dá acesso aos hospedes. Um unico elevador esta funcionando (o outro esteve os 10 dias quebrado) e o elevador entravam todos e sempre muito sujo. O quarto, por 10 dias, depois que insisti, limparam apenas 1 vez. Eles se resumiam a trocar as toalhas e estender a cama. Por 10 dias, nunca trocaram os lençóis da cama. Nunca aspiraram o chão. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo !!!

We needed to be near Wynwood for a workshop and chose the Hyde for being pet friendly. The hotel is nice and very convenient to restaurants. Nice walking area and very dog friendly. The only issue we had is that the floors in our room hadn’t been cleaned. Beds are comfortable, pillows and linens as well. We had a room for 3 with only 2 sets of towels which was promptly rectified. As many others have suggested, the kitchenette could use some utensils. We loved the artsy lobby, dog park which the hotel shares with the residences and a huge dog park across the street.

My only critique is being on the lower numbered rooms on the 6th floor - the sound proofing from the facilities on the 7th could be better. The staff was consistently pleasant and available for any needs. Special thanks to the front desk team who were always able to assist us with our general needs.

First time staying here. We were familiar with the area. Location is very convenient, Starbucks, French Bakery and restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Hotel was very clean and friendly, had a nice pool deck located on the 7th. floor which also has a restaurant, separate from the hotel which I can say you must stop in for a drink and food. Buen hotel en Midtown
Es un buen hotel ubicado en Midtown Miami cercano a restaurantes y comercio. La cama es excelente y pude dormir muy bien. En el mismo hotel está el restaurant Salvaje muy recomendable. Me quedé en la suite del mismo nombre del hotel que tiene un balcón que da a la calle.

Overall very good. Couple of pointers to give; the suite has an extensive mini bar, but no glasses or cups to serve then in. Also, in our suite, the electric outlets could not hold what we plugged in to them. Multiple outlets with the same problem. All of the staff we came in contact with was friendly and serviceable. Definitely will come back.

Highly recommend staying here.
This hotel is absolutely awesome, only thing I don’t like, the highest floor is the 6th for the hotel. The rest is for the residence. So the views of midtown are not as great. But the rooms are absolutely 5 stars. Super clean and updated. The pool area is a bit small. But great ambiance, the hotel staff is very vigilant and accommodating. I would stay here again.
