"Beautiful well kept on the beach. Several hidden fees (parking, gratuity, umbrellas on the beach). They have three pools and one was under construction when we went. A child had an accident in one pool so they closed it to clean it for the day. That left only one. That they cannot help. It would be nice to have one pool for adults only. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would go back."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Grayson. The staff was not only kind but also extremely accommodating, and they resolved any issues my partner and I encountered. My only complaint would be about the valet service. The process is simple, but wait times on some days were long despite our request to pick up our car early. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"The room was very clean and organized. There was a mini fridge, a coffee maker and bottles of water. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo conditioner wash. The building was clean and stylish. A complimentary breakfast was included."
