Location was amazing! Property manager was awesome and gave good instructions and even allowed us to store our luggage there before and after checkout. Facilities and furniture were a bit torn, but for that price (considering that location) it was still good:)

We stayed at this property from Oct 8th - Oct 19th 2023 as 3 adults and 1 child. The first night checking in was easy. The night attendant {forget his name} was very nice, friendly and Knowledgeable. The first condo he gave us was no good - it was TINY and looked nothing like the photos online..at first glance it wasn’t cleaned very well, the TV’s we’re not working and we were severely underwhelmed. To the point of asking what the policy is on cancellation for the remaining 11 nights! The night attendant graciously offered to move us to a better unit on the opposite side and this is where we resided for our entire Miami visit. This unit was bigger, clean, TV’s worked {satélite so sometimes the signal would be choppy} and WiFi was a hit/miss. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The beds were quite comfy, however the living room couch/sofa needs a desperate update as sitting on it just for a few hours in the evening would leave my back sore. My only other complaint would be a non-working Safe. Anyone can reset it by pushing the button on the back so it’s not really a safe. Other pros: No bugs! Condo was clean, & supplied enough towels and extra sheets to last us the entire stay. Kitchen was nicely supplied with dinnerware. Pool & chairs was lovely and the gated community was quiet. Cons: Intermittent Wifi & PARKING. You will have to pay $15-20 USD per day to park at the cheapest lot which is on Pennsylvania and 17th {10 min walk} or be prepared to pay $50 each day for closer.

We found the following issues: - 1. Dead insect on the floor 2. Shower wall on the top dirty 3. Side of the bathroom sink dead small insects 4. The lamp had a broken switch 5. Outside light not working 6. Bathroom sink had a big gap around the side 7. Both sofa bed was broken as it pushed right in when sitting on it (I didn't get a picture of this) 8. Small coffee table, 1 leg was broken (I didn't get picture of this)

Great 2 nights stay. Pool area is lovely. Very close to Lincoln road mall. 10-15 min to beach cons are the noise. The outside gate slams back and It is very disrupting especially in the middle of the night. Noise from upper floors is easily heard from first apartment. Even though there is quiet time at 11pm, people come back at all hours of the night. A sign would be helpful to remind people to be quiet after 11pm.

The place wasnt the best but it wasnt bad. Pro-I liked that we had a fridge stove microwave cookware to cook instead of always going out. Joel really responsive and didnt bother us about anything, some residents did stare a little much but that was about it. The area is close to the beach and a mall area to the left a few blocks down. Our room was spacious enough for 6 people and maybe a few more. Cons is no parking out front for renters(have to find pay to park lots), tv didnt work because the internet was too slow or nonexistent. Overall first impressions were not great but after staying for a week it was ok, major downfall was coming back and looking for parking lots that you had to pay for.

Nice picture but very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Poorly marked and poorly lit. There was no front desk and no one on site. No where to temporarily park to unload baggage or check in. I had to call a 1-888 number to have someone come meet me to check in. There was told the only parking available was roughly 4 blocks away at a city garage at $20.00 per day. The second floor noise was very loud through the middle of the night with very loud music. Aside from all that, the fellow couldn't find my reservation and had to call another number to verify that I had a reservation.

This was the worst property I have EVER stayed in. We were a family of five adults and booked a two-bedroom that was supposed to sleep six with a sofa bed. The manager argued with me when I tried to get sheets and blankets from him for the sofa bed, then ended up giving me a bottom sheet that was too big, but I figured it was better than nothing. It was not until after 10 pm that we discovered that neither sofa actually was a sofa bed. Both were basically metal frames with fabric over them, that folded flat.I am talking ZERO padding, let alone a mattress. I got no sleep that night. The rest of the family said the bed mattresses were almost as terrible. Hotels.com refused to do anything for us and their rep was a total jerk to me too. We fled to a real hotel and still had to pay for our entire stay at this dump. My credit card company is working with me to fix this. Beware this hotel, and hotels.com. I’m so furious that I’m pulling the vacation rental property I own off VRBO, which is part of the same company.
