I booked this property based on the reviews, but i wasn’t happy with my decision after our stay. Instead I would have picked my anytime go to hotel Holiday Inn/Hampton Inn.
Issues:
1. We were at this place for 2 days, but room service never showed up though we didn’t hanged any “do not disturb” tag. It was late for us to report this on day 2.
2. The food quality & diversity was very basic including plates/glasses - you will notice this as long as you step in.
3. In the entire hotel, I never found a moment when a staff member I encountered was welcoming. Front desk just randomly checked in, room service lady passed by several times but no smile no hello no nothing. She saw us leaving the room one day, but never cared about cleaning it for Day 2.
4. While we checked out on day 2, again the front desk didn’t cared to ask how was our stay or anything along those lines. Just asked for room# and took the door cards and that’s it. I think a customer deserves at least to provide a feedback.
I’m a regular traveler and this stay was one of my low experience this year, so wanted to share.
