Look, the place is nice. Any other time, I’m sure I would leave a good review. But from 2:30 in the morning until 7:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off every 45 minutes. You get a pre-recorded message BLARING, I mean jolting you awake at 2:30 in the morning….”ATTENTION! YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE. A fire has been reported in the building!!!” Luckily, there was no fire. But this happened every 45 minutes for 5 hours. I got no sleep. I’m exhausted and ticked off. Saw other people in the lobby who also looked like zombies because nobody could sleep.

The evening desk staff was unnecessarily rude. We needed the airport shuttle and she was rude about the fact that it wouldn’t pick us up from the airport for more than an hour—1 hour and 15 minutes. The hotel was 10 minutes away. We booked it for the convenience of the shuttle to/from airport. We would not have booked this hotel otherwise. VERY misleading on website! The lack of availability required the extra expense of an Uber to/from airport. Not worth it! I’ve used other Miami airport hotels that were less expensive and way more hospitable! 👎

Cons - The weird bathroom layout, glass bathroom door, no privacy. One of the shower heads did not work. We got a suite and the sofa back was hard and uncomfortable. Pros - The room was clean, roomy, bed was comfortable. The large windows were great could see the planes arriving and departing. The staff was friendly.

It’s near the airport so it’s a bit impersonal. The coffee maker was not clean. There was still a dried up used coffee filter with coffee in it from the previous guest. I wasn’t able to make hot water or coffee and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room and hotel.

I have been staying here for many years but this time the receptionist were newbies who were very incompetent. The check in was done with inexperienced staff. Also the quality of the restaurant on the 6 th floor is really bad. The last time I got food poisoning when I had the soup. This time it was also bad. Will not stay here anymore.

Es war ein kurzer aufenthalt, bevor es nach deutschland zurück ging. Die zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber, der kleine poolbereich angenehm. Da das hotel airportnah liegt, und an einer sehr befahrenen hauptstrasse, ist die geräuschkulisse natürlich hoch.

Requested a late checkout thee evening before our checkout date. They asked if 12 pm would be late enough and we happily agreed. Fast forward to checkout date and we get a harassing phone call from the front desk at 1130 telling us we need to Check out. We explained that we requested a late checkout the night before and he stated that “They are at capacity there is no late checkout” and told us that we needed to leave as checkout was at 11. Worst experience.

Everything was great. Antone at reception was very welcoming. My flight was cancelled and I booked this hotel ASAP! Very close and convenient to airport with shuttle service as well. Great choice. Only downfall was the coffee machine its not user friendly , very difficult to use , the pod doesn't fit well into coffee machine and coffee came out in a slow drip and was cold.... Please improve your coffee machine.....I would definitely return to this beautiful hotel with the lovely service. Keep ups the good work. Love the decor too !!!
