Holiday Inn Miami - International Airport by IHG
The hotel was old and a the room while clean felt grungy. Conveniently located with a free shuttle to the airport. Staff were friendly and nice.

Red Carpet Inn Airport and Cruise Port Hotel Fort Lauderdale
The room was fine and the property was adequate and priced right. There is a shuttle to the cruise port but you can't reserve until you check in. You must reserve immediately because spots fill up early-and as far as I know you can't call in early to book (was mid-December). I ended up doing rideshare, ...
