"orignally, my fiance was told they couldn't find the reservation on either his or my name. However, that changed as soon as I walked in, gave my name, all of a sudden they found it. Then they told me they needed a card to charge for the room, since the card on file was "only to protect the reservation"... um what? so while i was trying to fix the issue, the desk person decided to speak over me and my mil, who I was on the phone with and I had to tell her to please be quiet. I couldn't even hear...
