"The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. Food was mediocre but portions large. Staff were polite but clearly miserable. This hotel used to be so pretty and upscale and now...

"Coffee maker was broke, there were pieces of other travelers things on the floor and in the bathroom. Shower head to short to stand under. No plastic cups in the bathroom."

"a decent budget hotel, stayed during January 2026 snowstorm and staff were great. parking lot was plowed quick and efficiently so cars could get in and out without trouble. + breakfast was served! nothing bad to say."

"The breakfast bar was nearly EMPTY at 815am. It was advertised from 6 to 10. I asked if they would provide more eggs, sausage and muffins and the staff said no. Thsre was ONE piece of toast, 2 bagels and 5 muffins left for us. "

"Place was awful. Didn't expect much at all, but far worse than I would have ever imagined. I plugged in the air conditioner and the outlet started to smoke Got a new room, should have gotten a different hotel Next room. Air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, the knob was broken. Turned on the microwave and blew a fuse. Tv wouldn't work"
