Breakfast included is particularly helpful on a Sunday morning departure where just about the only thing open for breakfast nearby is Starbucks. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel.
