"We had to change room 3 times bc of damaged door hardware and keys not working. It took a long time to check in. Employee was by himself. The person he called couldnt help him . Im not sure he was properly trained. The physical property was very nice but everything else was sub par."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Alexandra Inn! Very cute property, amazing staff and good location right on the beach. We liked the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby and also the morning pastries and evening cookies that were provided. We loved the personalized welcome that was on our bed. "Clean and new would recommend"

"It is right on the lake so that's a plus. It was quiet and clean with comfy beds. We stayed 3 weeks, we were contacted once about someone parking in the wrong spot. It was not us, couldn't they have checked whose car it was before contacting us about such a thing. I really thought they were contacting us to see how our stay was going. The whole thing, from booking, our 21 day stay and our checkout was so impersonal. No human interaction other than us asking housekeeping for a change of towels....
