I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled...
