"Quick weekend trip in the area. Spacious room. Clean. Plenty of seating/working areas. A lot of channels. Toilettries were fine (soap/shampoo) Still miss small bottles so you have to shower just to wash your hair (can't use sink). Would have liked a makeup mirror. "No service room was received during my stay, despite it being scheduled. Just one small portion of the worst shampoo I have ever tried. No iron, no dryer. It has a kitchen but no items to use it, no pans, no silverware, literally nothing. It is a cheap option, but that is too austere."

"the first room we checked into, the fridge was leaking on the floor. front desk immediately gave us a different room and some snacks for the trouble. the rooms do not have carpet, so they are a little noisy. especially when the neighbors were having a rowdy good time. the bathroom light fixture only had one side working and the shower door did not close all the way. the shampoo and conditioner supplied smelled amazing! the bed was comfortable."

"This hotel appears as though it was REALLY nice maybe 10 years ago. The 5th floor smells like dog/mildew. The rooms themselves appeared to be clean, but there was absolutely back mold on the top of the roof over the shower. The door going into the bedroom of the suite was also broken and idk if they ran out of linens, but there was a fitted mattress pad folded over on my bed used as one of the blankets on the bed. (Room 517) The pool is very small (Max capacity 26 ppl) and appears to be in need...

"Well sign in was great , got to.the room and A/C had problems , they called the tech . He came to the room and worked on the unit ,it worked for about 10 minutes ,then back to front desk. Tech came out again and worked on it , it worked for about another 10 minutes, back to front desk because the phone wouldn't work . Sent tech out again , great guy, disconnected the wall unit thermostat and manually set it to the coldest setting . Lasted about 10 minutes and but that time the outside temped...

"The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas. The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported."
