"The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place."

"We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. The sink immediately clogged in it but after we requested a plunger, we got it working. The pictures are not accurate. The building, furniture, and fixtures are...

"Room was in need of maintenance holes in wall, mirrors with hand prints, couch looked like flea market rejects, water pressure terrible and slow to heat, window held up by bars, upstairs noise came into my unit, broom had climbs of black hair in it. While it was close to ocean there was no view. Dead flies in window sill and broken shade on door."

"This place is a perfect place to stay. Specially with kids, you have the beach and pool within walking distance. The food was very tasteful. The service at the pool provided by Mackenzie was great, she was always on point with everything we ordered. Then you have the tiki hut with live music and drinks. Very family friendly atmosphere."

"The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay.
