"Great location. The room was clean and breakfast was great!"

"We tried it out as something new. Husband got caught in elevator (which was a hazard if a kid were to). The sensor that tells it to stop when someone is in between the doors wasn’t working. We just got told, “sorry that happened to you” like they had a script to follow. Our room wasn’t ready for us in a sense that we could tell the blankets weren’t changed because there was still food in the bed, hair in the bathtub etc. we’re told someone would be reaching out to go over our experience but have yet to receive that call, so that tells me that they could care less. Great Wolf blew them out of the water in my option. My husband said it’s like a temu version of Great Wolf and I couldn’t agree more. "

"Overall good but the T’s are so small in the rooms. It’s time for an upgrade!! Also could vacuum beside the beds a little better. "

"The room was nice and clean with plenty of toiletries. The only issue is that the water for the shower takes about 10-15 minutes to become warm and the safe did not work. Outside of the room issues were that the vending didn't work(but there is a gas station across the street) and the ice machine on the second floor was broken. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. It was quite pleasant."

"We had trouble with the refrigerator in our room and lost some food because of it. The front desk was AMAZING and handled it. The rooms are spacious & clean. We will be back! "
