"Front desk person was sampling perfumes/colognes upon my arrival. Had me wait 10 minutes while she was finishing up. A line was forming behind me. Cops were there dealing with an issue. Children were unattended running around the lot. People were outside their rooms smoking weed. Our door kept getting stuck, couldn’t open. OUR ROOM SMELLED SO BAD OF CIGARETTES. IT WAS DISGUSTING! My son has asthma and had a hard time dealing with the smell! There were cigarette burns on sink, toilet and shower ledge. Had microwave and mini fridge…,had to move entire thing (microwave was attached permanently to fridge) over to teach the plug. Seriously a joke! Would never recommend or stay there ever again! We only spent the night to attend a concert at people bank arena. Bad idea. "
