"The shared spaces in this unique property were amazing. The "library" is amazing, I would imagine in the winter it would be a great place to warm up after a day of skiing. The game room looked like a great place to hang out in your vacation down time. Our room was fine, small(two twin beds). It did have a cute little bathroom.. The whole lodge was newly updated and clean. I would definately stay here again!"

"This was one of the best places we've ever stayed, and we've been all over the U.S.! It was lovely, charming, and picturesque -- and the breakfasts were FABULOUS. It was a short drive to both Waitsfield and Warren. We would most definitely stay here again!!"

"Perfect for a quick holiday weekend. Great location, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to be. Easy check in and out. The lodge is right on the river which was awesome for sitting out and just relaxing. "

"This is a small, old-fashioned motel. The room was smaller than most modern hotels but still had plenty of room for me and my dog. I loved the simple, honest appearance. The owners made it easy to check in and get into my room without waiting at a lobby counter. There's a candy store in the middle of the motel, and I had treats on my bedside table when I came in."
