"I have to say the management and the staff here were incredible. I almost suffered heat exhaustion at the airport and a wonderful cab driver took me to the hotel. He asked for a wheelchair for me. They did not have wheelchair’s available. A nice gentleman staying there lent me his wife’s walker to get ton my room. Brittany checked me in and was worried about me she said she’d make sure the morning staff knew to keep an eye on me
They had a breakfast buffet, I’m gluten-free. I didn’t know what I could eat. so the front desk person named Robert or Robbie did some googling and found some gluten-free food and brought it up to my room.
Management allowed me to book another night, to allow me to get some rest. Brittany was The staff member who checked me in. She was very worried about my health. She was happy that I stayed an extra night . She brought a menu to order takeout food, but I kept dozing off. The maids were nice as well.
I would highly recommend this hotel. As a disabled senior, from management down everyone really helped me survive staying an extra day. I was worried Robert would get in trouble, but in the end, it all worked out.
I highly recommend this hotel to others. I would stay there again in the future , maybe with someone special. I will book this room again at the full price, it would be worth every penny.
