"staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem."

The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. "It was an accessible hotel that a short distance from King’s Island. I got the studio on the first floor with a kitchen. If you are staying with your family, it had a kitchen and a refrigerator to be able to cook and store food if you didn’t want to go out to eat. They had a breakfast buffet and eggs and sausage were prepared. But, I have never been a fan of cook it yourself food, in this case pancakes and waffles. "This hotel is full of mold. The 1st room. I was in had visible mold in the corners of the room and on the bathroom ceiling. It was horrible. The 2nd room was better mold but still poorly renovated."

Place was old and smellly like wet dog Bathroom was old with cracks around the tub and hardly no caulking around the tub Carpet looks dirty in the room but the final straw after checking the bed was all thr PUBIC hair and hair on the box springs when it had not been cleaned during changing sheets. "My TV wasn’t working when I arrived but the staff did a great job of changing it out. The property was fine, just a lot of construction. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful."

I had a couple of interactions with the staff and they were great, no issues at all with the service. "The gym has equipment but it doesn’t work and the pool is murky and the paint is peeling off the bottom of the pool and on the top of the edge of the pool has so much mildew that people actually sign their names on it . The room had hair left in the shower and the hot tub that was in the room wasn’t cleaned in a long time"
