"Check in time is 4pm. We arrived after 5pm, were told our room wasn’t ready. We also paid for our room in advance, so we were disappointed. We reserved a room with a king size bed. We were given an “upgraded” room with a queen size bed. Our television did not work the first night. We called the front desk & spike with them in person. We were told it was noted & maintenance would fix the issue. Maintenance never came."

"My stars were all high. But my overall rating was a three. This is because of small things that added up. The shower kept going from scalding hot to freezing cold every minute or so. There was *constant* banging around heard from another room that could be heard in the bathroom, even at 3am. The snack bar was not staffed, the machine wouldn't work with cards, and they had no utensils for things like ice cream. The sink was slow to drain, so it backed up frequently. One of the elevators broke. The room was rather small for the price. However, the room was clean. The bed was AMAZING. The staff was respectful and nice. The restaurant was good. The location was exactly what we needed. Parking was perfect (though expensive) and valet was optional. The view was nice in the room and the working elevators were quick and efficient. "

"The staff were very helpful, understanding and attentive, especially Antonio inthe kitchen. The room, corridors were clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and prepared. There was a good variety of dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends."
