"Arriving on Monday the rooms AC unit wasn’t properly working. I let staff know a few times throughout the week that the AC was on 66 but it was 81 degrees in the room!!! They had maintenance come a few times to try and fix it but it didn’t work. I asked for fans because of how hot it was, they said they didn’t have any. "Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, the small gym was a nice bonus, and I loved being able to walk across the street to the beach.
My only concern was the odor on the third floor where we stayed. The hallway had a strong dog smell throughout our stay. I'm a dog owner myself and have an 89-pound Labrador, so I understand that pet-friendly hotels accommodate animals, but the odor was noticeable. It might be helpful to designate specific pet-friendly floors or areas to help...
