"Asked if i could PLEASE have a room close to elevator as I have difficulty walking far.I have only to assume the desk person ignored my request as when i got off elevator i had to travel down 2 hallways to my room.! I would have accepted. " no i am sorry we can not honor your request at this time" and then made arrangements to rent a motor chair.! And somehow " city view means view of roof even on the 23rd floor!"

"When looking for a place to stay in AC Ocean Casino is the best! Have stayed several times and this was again a great experience. Rooms are always clean. We ate at Linguini by the Sea with friends visiting from New York. It was a great experience dinner was delicious."

"No parking at the property was available but we did park down the street at the Resorts casino. It wasnt so bad."

"Its not a full breakfast. they have eggs patties, sausage patties, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, apple and orange juice, coffee, water milk, cereal, small pastries. I was a bit disappoint with it that and not an actual breakfast liked pictured. The parking lot is small and open. But the spot are small. Staff was barely seen at all. The halls smells heavy of smoke. the room lighting was dim. some lights didn't work at all. but the room did its job. was there for us to rest after celebrating our elopment. the people that hangs around doesn't sit there all day. they don't bother you at all. The 7-11 across the street closes at 10pm. The dispenercy on st. James places is the SPOT! yu wont be disappointed. this hotel could use a face lift and maybe it will have better reviews."
