Appartamento rumoroso.
Appartamento situato sulla via broletti. Purtroppo ci passano i tram ogni 10 minuti fino a tarda notte. Personalmente non ci tornerò più. Per 350€ con sconto si trova molto molto più silenzioso.

The ApartHotel bedroom was a lot smaller than what we had expected, the location was very good but it was very noisy at night. For me, this hotel didn't reflect the price.

The best for price and location.
This is a fantastic hotel for price, location and facilities in the heart of Milan. For those who want a little bit more space we booked the comfort suite which had a kitchenette and bar area which was perfect for our three day stay in this beautiful city. So clean and the staff were great.

Stay right near the city center. Near the tram line and quick tasty restaurants. Definitely make sure to stop at the bakery next door!

Bad property on a great location
The location is amazing and thats it, I didn't have hot water for shower, the sink was clogged, the safe wasn't working, the coffee machine wasn't working, the internet was terrible and the facility is very small. The shared area and the way in is claustrophobic. I wouldn't book it again.

Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. Unfortunaly, there were some tecnician problems with hot water, but just for couple of hours and they were solved the same day; these are the kind of things that we are not able to foresee. About other things, everything was working perfectly. If you had some problems, you should have told us about it during your stay.We are trying to make our guests feel comfortable during their stay in our aparthotel. Hope you can come back to us to change your mind.Kind regards

Don't go - horrible place - garbage cans view
The room was VERY small and view from window was garbage place. Requested a different room - but they didn't have. Checked out immediately without refund :-( and looked and went to another hotel. DON'T go to this hotel. Horrible place. Can't open window because of garbage and air-conditioning doesn't work as well.

This hotel is centrally located just off a main street. There are many small restaurants and it is easy to walk everywhere. Although it is an apart-hotel I would not want to cook in here as it is one small bedroom with a kitchen type counter in in - but it works well to fix your own tea/coffee and light breakfast in the mornings.

Très bon emplacement
Le gros point fort de cet hôtel est l'emplacement, à 5 minutes à pied du Duomo. La chambre est moderne, en bon état et propre. Un peu bruyant à cause du passage du tram donc à déconseiller aux sommeils les plus légers. La literie n'est pas des plus confortables, le matelas est extrêmement dur. Attention, pas de réception, donc mieux vaut arriver à des horaires "normaux".

It was a good accomodation to stay, central located in Milan. It's near the Duomo and we could walk everything we wanted from here. The accommodation was clean and had a good quality for this price.
