Very polite staff, super clean room and nice clean bathroom. There was everything I needed, even cookies. The window was toward the road that’s why it was noisy. It was super easy and quick to get the metro to the airport which was convenient for me to catch an early flight.

While the staff and receptionist at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and the room was clean, I cannot recommend it based on my experience. The room itself was small and had a heavy perfume scent that made it feel like a cheap motel. When we tried to open the window for fresh air, numerous mosquitoes flew in as there was no screen. Our first-floor room, located just down the hall from reception, had heavy bars on the windows, which gave it a menacing and unwelcoming feel. The hotel's location is also a significant drawback. The surrounding area feels like a ghetto with nothing to see or do. While it is conveniently close to the tram and metro, we were frequently disturbed by a loud rattling or humming sound that occurred every 14 minutes, likely from a passing train. With 2 white noise sounds and ear plugs, it was still difficult to sleep. Parking was also a major challenge. Street parking is hard to find, which was very difficult for a visitor. We chose this hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight, based on proximity to Linate airport and other reviews, but we would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff were nice and responsive. Area is far from city center, but close to multiple transit stations. Espresso machine, water, ace teas in room were appreciated. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Tolle Unterkunft und super freundliche Ansprechpartnerin! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Straßenbahn in fussläufiger Nähe, mit der Bahn in 3 Minuten am Flughafen Liante und in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, Martina unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! Im Zimmer wird Kaffee, Saft, Wasser und Kekse zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder hier her kommen! Danke für tolle Tage in Mailand!

This is a small guesthouse, so there is not an employee on site most of the time. However, the self check in is very easy. My room was spotless, with chilled water and coffee maker. Plus AC! It was very peaceful...there is a rail line nearby but it wasn't too intrusive. The Milano Linate airport is just one subway stop away, and couldn't be an easier option. Best hotel to airport experience ever!

Great property that is close to the airport (can take metro or bus to airport). Great communication from property manager. Very clean room and bathroom that is also spacious. Coffee, tea, water, and juice in room. Great restaurant about 15 meters from the apartment.

Great Stay near Linate Airport

We has a short stay arriving around 10pm and leaving at 7am, it is good for staying near LIN airport!. We never met the staff but they were soooo communicative through WhatsApp which was very helpful. The room was large and had a nice bathroom and AC. A Few minutes walk from the metro to get to Linate airport in 1 stop.

Comfy, clean and close to the airport and train. Everything you need for a short stay and would stay here again if needed. Only downside is there’s no lift if you have heavy luggage (but only one flight of stairs). Some water, juice and snacks are provided and a seamless check in. Thank you so much

The property is modern, clean, looks like it was newly constructed or newly remodeled. Very nice looking rooms. We never saw the staff, but interacted with them via text messages only. Nonetheless, it seemed to work fine. They give a code to enter the front door, and then you find an envelope with your room’s key card on a desk just inside. Really the only thing that I didn’t like about the bedroom is something that is popular among modern hotels, and that is to give the guest only one option of what kind of covers the guest will have to sleep under, and that is always a thick white duvet … that provides far more insulation and heat than is desirable. It is either the duvet, or nothing at all. There is no simple sheet that one can sleep under if he is warm natured. That may not bother others, but it makes it nearly impossible for me to sleep. With a heavy duvet on top of me, it is way too warm. With nothing on top it is too chilly. This is a trend we see all of the world these days, and it makes me crazy. Why don’t more people complain about this. We need options.

The property was perfect for our stay as it was close to Fabrique and the metro. It was very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. However the details indicated that breakfast would be included but this was not the case. We had coffee and one cake provided and some orange juice in the room. Maybe an agreement with a local cafe would have been nice.

Nicely renovated property near the Milano Linate airport (5-10 minutes)… also close to public transport into Milan. Free street parking in front of property. Staff very professional & nice, highly recommend!

Excellent hotel close to the Milan Linate airport

The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower is great. There is a nice bakery nearby where we bought snacks. Our only concern is that our room was next to a busy street with car noise throughout the night.
