Small, clean boutique hotel with an excellent location. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the sheets were good quality. The only downside is that the room is super, super small—really small. I would suggest removing the two large chairs and the table because there simply isn’t enough space for them. They take up almost the entire room, and one chair or no chairs at all would make the room feel much more comfortable and spacious. Other than that, it’s a nice little boutique hotel in a great location. The breakfast was okay—more of a basic continental breakfast, but adequate. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent location, but the rooms are very small.

Elegant Milan design with a very nice breakfast room (and an excellent breakfast). Room had touches like a hat for lampshade. The peculiarity was the lack of a light switch by the door. This was addressed by opening the door, immediately diving into the bathroom, which turned on the light through a motion sensor, and gave enough light to go around the corner to the light switch by the bed.

Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10

Rooms are ample and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful to an extent. I reserved 3 rooms for 1 and 2 night stays. There was an issue with my CC so I asked one of my son to call to provide correct CC info. Since, it was my son who called to give the hotel my credit card information, the hotel gave his room one free breakfast but did not extend the same courtesy to the other 2 reservations, including my own. It was odd especially since I was the primary guest. I did ask if they would extend the offer to the other 2 rooms but none of the staff did so. On the last day one of the morning front desk personnel finally stepped up and approved the free breakfast. Just a very off putting thing to do to guest traveling together. My room was very warm and it took about 10+ hours to cool down with the AC on low. Lastly, there was also major construction on the street in front of hotel, which made it noisy on weekdays.
