Great Spot

Had the pleasure of staying at Intomilan Galleria Duomo again and the staff is always so friendly. We have stayed here a couple of times before and it is centrally located but located just the perfect distance from the center that you can enjoy a quiet evening in your room.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. Our room was perfect: so spacious, clean, and overall great. The location was PERFECT. Right next to Duomo and all the shops. Literally a couple steps away. Love love loved this accommodation, could not recommend it more.

Convenient Location

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights in Milan after a 3 week stay in Italy...this was extremely close to all the sights! The reservation manager, Matam (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was extremely friendly and helpful! Recommended several restaurants nearby that were pretty incredible! He also called several companies until he found one that would actually pick us up at 4:30am to drive us to the airport!

One of the best

This is a really great place. Lovely space, impressive decorations, great WiFi and AC. It is located on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk a couple of blocks with suitcases, but all flat. They also arranged for a pick up as close as the driver could get for a transport to the airport. The ride was a little overpriced, but worth it for their professionalism and great communication.

This place was a bit hard to find due to the fact there was ongoing construction in the downtown area of Milano. It was located on a sectioned area of a 2nd floor. The place was clean, secure and met my expectation.

The staff reached out to me the day before asking when I will check in. This is probably because the hotel is not staffed 24/7 Its an apartment building between other shopping stores so it might be hard to find The portable air conditioner was weak compared to the August heat Location is amazing
