Enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The gentleman, I believe his name is Marcello, was great. Our airline lost one of our luggage and he was very helpful with the delivery to his check-in office. The apartment is very big, plenty of space. Location is near the train station and multiple metro stations. There is a supermarket a short walk away with everything you might need.

It locate on the first floor and it close to ground floor. Noise might easily go to the flat. But averaege was good. Check in staff was very helpful and able to solve the problem. The apartment is cloae to a mercatone (every Tuesday and Saturday) and it had so much things to explore!! We had a pleasure stay!

The office and property is about 5 mins walk from Milano Centrale. Check in is very easy. The people in the office were very nice and approachable. We got to Milan around 9am and they let us leave our luggages at their office since it is not check in time yet. The apartment is inside a bigger apartment complex on the 2nd floor. It has an elevator. The apartment is generally clean but when we were opening the windows, there are some dust. The heater in the room is working fine but the hot water in the shower ran out quickly. The bed on the bigger room is too soft and doesnt have any lumbar support. The bedframe squeaks every time you turn and move around. It is close to the street, so in the morning you will hear delivery trucks or garbage trucks. The kitchen is functional, a lot of utensils and diningware. There is also no separate living room but tons of room for storage.

Appartement Rossini

l'appartement Rossini est très bien placé : à quelques minutes à pied de la Gare centrale et tout près de 2 lignes de tramway...Immeuble sécurisé tout à fait correct, au calme car donnant sur une cour intérieure agréable. Appartement très convenable, propre et fonctionnel...Bonne literie, linge de toilette fourni.. par contre, pas d'explication concernant les différents interrupteurs très fantaisistes : utilisation du four, eau chaude douche.....et absence de micro onde. très bon séjour malgré ces quelques petits désagréments......
