Very friendly and accommodating staff ,especially Wenci and Alessandro , in the restaurant. It would had been complete if there was an oatmeal in the breakfast buffet menu. Nobody seemed to know what it was , they kept pointing me to the porridge which is rice , not oats. Very convenient location near the airport and the bus and train station . The room was clean, overall very good experience for us. Thank you.

We were assigned a room that was at the furthest end of the property which meant lugging our bags down the longest hallway I've ever seen. A staff member said the property stretches a mile & a half end to end. Not ideal when we were only there one night in order to catch a flight early in the morning. Otherwise, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite.

This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. One minor caveat is that the rooms can get a bit warm during certain times of the day due to the sun reflecting off the many large glass windows.
