Great apartment. Easy check-in and great communication regarding access codes etc. Good location being near to a tram stop and metro station. Luggage storage lockers were good to store bags after check-out. The facilities were good and the place was very clean!

Really lovely little apartment with a fantastic view. Great neighbourhood with loads of nice bars and restaurants and the closest metro stop was only a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend staying here as it’s not far to any of the big sights and the amazing Terme spa is close by.

I think the room itself with the patio was great. The location is decent but is a 25-30 walk to the Duomo area for site seeing. The area around is actually quite convén for local shops and restaurants that are better than what you’ll find in the touristy areas. Wouldn’t recommend any around Duomo. €€ just for the location.

Plenty of room. Very clean. Kitchen incl. dish washer, fridge and stove. Good to prepare food. Comfortable couch. You can open the windows. Dishwashing liquid and sponge to clean dishes and the kitchen surface is missing.

Really great place - rooms have great accessories. VERy clean, modern design and great gathering options, gym, etc. Can’t say enough - was perfect for my needs. Only suggestion is that my room, while had A/C - was very humid; really need ceiling fans or an improvement to a/c system. Still, would stay there again.

Great stay, would absolutely do Sonder again. Highly recommend. Clean, efficient, comfortable, modern, great condition, staff helpful, love the lounge area w self-service sparkling water. Recycling was a bit confusing - would be nice if they would post what colors mean on bins rather than having to look up each time.

It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!

For the kind of room I had, I was glad I had a washing machine and cooking utensils to serve my purpose. I understood that the property was undergoing renovation hence some lapses. However being a foreigner, I had some challenges after the receptionist had closed .

They do not have functioning wifi. They say that they do but it does not work. Property is clean and new, but no reception. They charged me for 3 nights of parking when I only needed parking for 2. Everything is automated which doesn’t work.
