"Brwakfast buffet was delicious and well worth the additional cost. The family room was spacious. Only feedback was staying on the 9th floor right below the bar was super loud every night. If you can't sleep through noise, I wouldn't stay on floor 9!"

"We had a superior double room. It was clean and functional, though the decor was a little dated. Air con was ok but not hugely effective. Complimentary espresso maker in the room was nice though. We used the spa which is located in the basement. Towels, robe and slippers available on request from reception. The pool is not really big enough to share, so if there's a family of kids in it when you go (as was the case both times we went) then you're basically out of luck. The sauna / steam room / relaxation area were all nice though, with self-serve complimentary tea also available."

"The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired."

"Everything was perfect! Lovely, cheerful and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, the cleaning staff are simply the best. Lovely breakfast with options for extras. Just a stroll to the central station I wish there’s swimming pool☹️ and play area for kids. Overall, it’s great value for money. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic if you’re staying in Milan. You’re within walking distance of all the main attractions in the core, including just a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I speak and understand Italian, but it’s worth noting that the staff also speak English quite well. Makes the experience even more comfortable for international travellers. The included breakfast was excellent. A great way to start the day. I also appreciated that they didn’t rush guests. One morning I arrived a bit later and there was no pressure at all, which was greatly appreciated. While the rooms are slightly dated, they are still very comfortable and most importantly clean. I had no complaints whatsoever. Overall, I would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip to Milan and would recommend it to others visiting the city."
