"Awesome location - rooms were clean upon check in. Loved the coffee shop being right there and being so close to the beach and the bay. Trolly stop right at front door to take trips to Rehoboth. Staff was super friendly. It was a dog friendly motel- but no signs outside of dogs- well kept- no dogs barking at night. The rooftop seating was nice in the evenings to relax and listen to the music at nearby bars. We stayed four nights- only complaint was we never were provided clean towels or toilet paper and the trash was never cleaned from our room. I had to find someone working to provide these items for us. The room was never checked on our entire stay. Other than that - we loved our stay and will return."
