"LIKE - Easy access to I-95, easy and up close handicap parking, DISLIKE - Air conditioner blows directly on the bed with no way to redirect the air flow, no air movement in the bathroom to dispense odors, tub shower curtain was broken on the shower head so water splashes out onto the floor, TV channel selection is barely adequate. LIKE - staff is pleasant and helpful."

"We have stayed at New Haven Hotel numerous times and have always been pleased. They have a great staff who is customer service oriented. Stephanie Lee in particular was very helpful with our stay and upgraded our room because we stay there frequently. Would recommend this hotel to couples and people on business, it’s in a great location to restaurants and bars."

There was a nice variety of options, everything was fresh and well presented, and the breakfast area was clean and organized.
