This gives the impression that the room wasn't properly cleaned before my check-in. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this experience has been quite unsettling. "Very attractive facility. Mostly clean. Comfortable beds. The pet access is extremely limited. Close proximity to the freeway. We had a refer truck that ran his refer all night. Maybe just bad luck. Would stay here again "

"At check in the attendant was very rude. To the point I believe they were raciest. Then after waking the next day, I found someone had tried to get into my car. Finger prints all over the gas lid and door handles. I won’t be staying here again."

"They advertised an accessible room, and I reserved one. The bedroom part was great, comfortable bed, good lighting, clean. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant. Only grab bars were in the shower stall, which had a sloped middle to it that almost made me slip. The towel rack was on the other side of the bathroom from where you got into the shower stall, and no way to hang the towels near the shower stall. The toilet was difficult to get off of, since there were no grab bars around it. I had to pry myself up using the door handle on the door going into the bathroom. The parking situation is horrendous, with no designated handicap spot anywhere near the accessible room. I had to park half a block away from my room, and it took all I had to get my luggage back and forth. I'm sure there are better options in the area! "

"The room was clean and well kept up. They offer a breakfast at an on sight restaurant, which was Very Good!. Our only complaint was the spa, which was not spa temperature. It was luke warm instead of hot. It is indoors so you would think they could regulate the temp better. "
